Requirements:

• 1 year of related experience or degree. In lieu of degree, must have a minimum of 2 years professional work experience.
• Client Friendly and Personable
• A+ certification highly desired
• Extensive experience in computer troubleshooting and repair
• Thorough PC Operating Systems understanding and mandatory repair experience
• Experience in Component Level Trouble Shooting and Mother Board Replacement / Repair.
• Possess good organizational decision making and logical
  troubleshooting skills
  - Must have ability to work independently without direct supervision
  - Able to effectively communicate both orally and written
  - Must be able to work evening hours and occasional weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Upgrade and repair hardware as well as, record data and research
  hardware issues
• Provide technical guidance to other non-exempt personnel
• Complete accurate defective part documentation
• Ability to follow Operational Process Standards
• Effectively and accurately document failure conditions and repair
  actions
• Research and order parts required for individual repairs
• Provide feedback to Supervisor of any observed trends, unusual
  failure conditions.
